    Test Engineer
    Job Description : Urgent Opening -only Male candidates 3-5 Years’ experience

    1. Understand and analyze client requirements, specifications and other project documents.
    2. Strong Knowledge on STLC, SDLC, Test Fundamentals.
    3. Basic knowledge on SQL
    4. Should be experienced on testing Web Applications.
    5. Should be experienced enough to independently create test cases based on the requirements shared covering all positive, negative, boundary and validation scenarios.
    6. Good experience in Manual Functional testing covering the System, Integration, Responsive, Security and Regression Testing.
    7. Should be able to create various Test Plan/Reports – Test Plan/Strategy (if required), Daily Status execution Report, Defect Report, Test Completion Report.
    8. Knowledge in Automation Tools is an Advantage. Like-QTP/Selenium-webdriver/Sahi
    9. Good Communication Skills, Shift will be US timing 2:00 to 11:00hrs

    They could work remote, based anywhere in India, but should have relevant experience with US contracting or domestic govt contracting.

    Key responsibilities:
    Contracts/subcontracts administration for the preparation, negotiation, acceptance and management of contracts and task orders of all types, including time and materials, firm-fixed price, fixed price, level of effort, cost plus award fee IDIQ contracts with DOD.
    • Review, approve, process, and file all contracts, amendments, extensions, modifications, data calls and related correspondence
    • Manage all contract administration functions (“cradle-to-grave”).
    • Maintain team Logistics
    • Prepare and maintain time line for proposal
    • Prepare, review, and negotiate nondisclosure, teaming, service-level and other agreements.
    • Review and approve all contractual documents for the protection of the company's contractual posture, satisfaction of customer specifications and requirements, and adherence to company policy.
    • Advise corporate and project management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of contractual terms and conditions, including analysis of RFP’s and other solicitation documents.
    • Assist with proposal efforts
    • Negotiating Work share with subcontracts
    • Develop, implement, and conduct staff training on contractual processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, and applicable regulations and accounting standards.
    • Build and maintain contract records and files ultimately creating a contract records management process and repository/archive/filing system with the capability of accurately tracking and disseminating contractual information and related correspondence.
    • Risk Management:
    • Analyze procurements and solicitations for business risk and provide interpretations of the FAR requirements
    • Protect the Company’s contractual risk profile through risk identification, analysis, and mitigation
    • Identify and mitigate business, performance, and financial risk
    • Provide business analysis of solicitation documents and be able to interact with Government Contract Officers to ensure understanding and compliance.
