    Job Profile:
    Designing, developing & maintaining dynamic websites, web and cloud applications.
    Extensive involvement in all aspects of the project development cycle using ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework.
    Participate in Code Review and walkthroughs.
    Ensure foolproof performance of the deliverable.
    Coordinate with other developers and sending regular updates about project status.
    Collaborate & work with various teams and other departments.


    Requirements:
    Must be experienced in working with ASP.NET MVC.
    Must have knowledge in JavaScript and JQuery.
    Must be conversant with AJAX, JSON
    Experience in C#, SQL Server, LINQ, Ajax and CSS.
    Excellent knowledge in OOPS concepts.
    Cross platform / technology adaptability.

    Duties and responsibilities.
    1. Recruitment- Identify the employment needs by discussing with the management and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
    2. Posting jobs in various job portals and through other resources.
    3. Coordination - calling and emailing the candidates and scheduling interviews.
    4. Assist - Conducting first level of interviews, short listing candidates.
    5. Perform all the on boarding formalities and induction.
    6. Coordinate with the concerned colleagues and schedule orientation and training for new employees.
    7. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
    8. Administer all the documentation works such as offer letters.
    9. Ensure all the relevant databases are up to date, accurate and everything complies with legislation.
    10. Ensure Performance management and improvement systems.
    11. Maintain good employee relations and conflict resolution.
    12. Compensation and benefits administration.
    13. Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
    14. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails and phone calls.
    15. Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
    16. Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
    17. Prepare contracts for suppliers as advised. Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the Company.
    18. Salary management - prepare and send pay slips on time.
    19. Attendance and leave management.
    20. Communicate with potential people in matters related to business appointments.
    21. Co-ordinate the Sales activities and communication with the Management.
    22. Reporting to the Management related to the duties appointed to perform.
    23. Update the corporate bank account records in company database.
    24. Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.
    25. Conduct Exit processes.

    Main requirements:

    2. Knowledge in HR domain and recruitment.
    3. Knowledge in MS Office.

    WordPress Developer(06 Months+ Experience)
    Job Profile.
    Extensive experience building responsive WordPress themes and CMS websites from PSD designs and customizing commercial WordPress themes (backend and front-end).
    Excellent knowledge creating custom WordPress plugins.
    Experience coding WordPress themes.
    Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions.
    Knowledge and proficiency in PHP 5, JQuery and MySQL
    Proficiency in PHP Coding is must
    Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
    Candidate should have Good communication skills, Strong client- communication skills.
    Experience with WordPress is mandatory, other CMS/framework experience will be an added advantage.
    Creation of new WordPress themes based on PSD provided.
