    Roles & Responsibilities

    *) Should be able to prepare Business Development and Marketing Plan and implement the same successfully.
    *) Should be able to drive sales/ business development by identifying IP and Engineering Services prospective customers in target markets.
    *) Good connect with Management and Development Team to understand the offerings in detail and uniqueness of the offerings.
    *) Maintain proficiency in IP and Services offering and appropriately position solutions against the competition.
    *) Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations
    *) Define prospects, schedule appointments, and close sales
    *) Accurately assess and analyze customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
    *) Travel for visiting customers and participating in trade shows.

    Qualification :

    - BTech/MBA with proven experience and track record in business development in software IP solutions and Engineering Services.
    - 5-10 years of work experience in sales and marketing of software IP solutions and Engineering Services.

    *) Good connect with Management and Development Team to understand the offerings in detail and uniqueness of the offerings.
    *) Maintain proficiency in IP and Services offering and appropriately position solutions against the competition.
    *) Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations
    *) Define prospects, schedule appointments, and close sales
    *) Accurately assess and analyze customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
    *) Create a strategic business development plan that outlines the level activity needed to meet company objectives in the defined business space.
    *) Travel for visiting customers and participating in trade shows.

    Qualification :

    - BTech/MBA with proven experience and track record in sales and marketing in software IP solutions and Engineering Services.
    - 2-4 years of work experience in sales and marketing of software IP solutions and Engineering Services.
