    Looking for a Java lead with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

    Job Description

    • Scope, design and architect full technical solutions with clients and internal teams.

    • Work with our sales team on pre-sales scoping as a technical expert

    • Make internal recommendations to help improve and streamline the technical and architectural processes.

    • Develop technical specifications and design documents for client and internal engagements.

    • Work closely with Millennium leaders to develop high-value solutions based on market trends and analysis and craft approaches to successfully deliver.

    • Deliver expert advice and consulting to drive digital transformation projects to success.

    • Guide and be able to directly manage teams tasked with delivering innovative technical solutions which produce actionable measurable results.

    • Work with our Financial services clients executive team members to define the strategy for open digital transformation.

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    • 10-13 years of development experience, with at least 5 years of technical leadership experience at the project level

    • Core Java |REST API| |(MySQL) and NoSQL (mongodb, DynamoDB), AWS Platform, Microservices, designing and implementing SOA

    • A technical expert with experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, Go, C, C++, C#, Objective C, Python etc.) as well as experience with Open Source such as PHP software

    • Excellent understanding of application development, coupled with infrastructure, data and security architecture skills

    • Experience working with banking solutions/ complex enterprise solutions

    • Experience working with Enterprise Service Bus and integration platforms

    • Prior experience and connections in the Financial industry is preferred

    • Professional, reliable, and with a strong work ethic

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Organized with the ability to multitask (i.e., finish short-term projects while managing ongoing long-term ones)
